Firestone Complete Auto Care

Staff Is kind and informative. They were honest. They gave info on how to fix the car and tricks when we can't afford certain options. Great at small talk while waiting. Gave updates throughout the wait. They did not look down on me nor give a know it all attitude. Service was satisfactory!

It’s a Sunday morning early and my car started giving trouble so I went to Firestone before they opened. Evan was there and he was gracious enough to look at my car minutes before they technically opened. I was In a chaotic headspace and I just felt like Evan really stepped up in a way that I am so grateful for. On top of caring for me he cared for three other customers because he was the first one there and no one else had arrived yet …he took control and eased my concerns.. while also holding quality for everyone else that came in. Evan showed amazing leadership skills and he really didn’t have to go to that extent for me in that moment and he did. His attitude was great the whole time, his diagnostic work was not rushed but impressively thorough, and I’m left completely relieved. He’s a real leader and I hope he is valued at Firestone.

Came in with a nail in the tire and store rep said it was not repairable and said we needed a $290 tire. It was about 3pm when we went in and he said they could order one and it would be in that evening but could not promise it would be ready by end of day. He said we could bring it back in morning and the tire would be here by 10am. My wire brought the car in around 8am the next day and was told by another rep that the tire was not ordered until 7pm the day before and was coming from Birmingham and would not be there until that afternoon. Another mechanic overheard my wife and the rep talking and looked at the original tire and said he could repair it, which he did and did not charge anything. While the one mechanic was helpful, I do not see how I can trust taking my car back to that location nor refer anyone else to go there.

Amazing, efficient, knowledgable and low cost. I heard a knocking sound for months. It was the water pump and V-Belts. Not only was it taken care of the same day, the crew cared for my car like it was their own. Everyone was kind and patient on helping me understand what occurred and how they are going to fix it. The crew works together smoothly and is so very kind. They did this for a great price too! You gained my confidence as my go to for all my car needs

The team here was very helpful in getting the alignment done on my vehicle. James, Luke, and Leonard was very nice and got my car in and out in a timely maner. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.
